This Demeyere Atlantis Lid is made from 18/10 stainless steel and will fit any Demeyere product with the same diameter.

A good lid prevents loss of heat and energy. Tests have shown that cooking without a lid or with a lid that is not heavy enough, consumes 2.8 times more energy than otherwise.
