The saucepan incorporates an energy efficient, 6mm impact bonded aluminium, fully encapsulated sandwich base. The cast steel handle and lid knob are secured with rivets for added durability and stability. We recommend the use of an oven glove or cloth to ensure safe handling of this cookware.
